About Gabriel Dayrit Arlanza
I'm a Graphic Designer from Virginia Beach, Virginia. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. For the past 3 years, I have gained skills and experience in Branding, UX/UI, Poster Design, Product Design, Package Design, Social Media Design, Digital Marketing and even Photography.My work is a staple simplicity and clarity; always aiming to make design visually engaging, fun, and not taken seriously, while keeping the goal of brands looking better than before. That’s why I believe design should be approachable, memorable, and just enjoyable to look at. Good design work should connect with its audience; which is why I approach all my works like my next artpiece, and the piece should have a positive reaction to its audience, but sometimes it may have a negative response, but that’s a good thing.
Design today is meant to make you feel crazy, to engage with you, to make an impact, and I strive to be one that makes design cool again. If the design doesn’t make you feel something, then it’s a bad design.
